When the status of an order changes, such as a need to place the order on hold or a cancellation, you will need to go into the order and update the status.
Click on Orders
Orders is located in the menu on the left hand side of your account.
Select the order ID for the order you wish to edit
Find the order you want to edit and click on the order ID.
From the Main Tab
After selecting an order, make sure you are in the Main tab. The order should automatically populate in this tab, however, if you find yourself in a different part of the order, click on Main to change the status of the order.
Update the order status
Status is located at the top of the Main tab. Use the drop down box and select the appropriate status.
After shipping out an order, you will need to add the shipping details to that order in your account.
Click on Orders
Select the ID for the Order you wish to update
Click on Shipments Tab
After you have shipped an order, you will need to enter in the details to finalize it in your shop and our system.
Enter in the weight and dimensions of the package. The carrier you use to ship the product will provide this information.
Enter the label information. Status of the order, what carrier you used, if there was any specific service selected such as next-day, second-day, ground, etc., the tracking number, and the date it was shipped.
Click on Update once you’ve entered all the appropriate information.
Clicking on Orders from the menu on the left will take you to the liston orders that have been placed to your shop.
Search, manually add, and view and edit your orders.
Here you can search for a specific order if you know the name or email of the customer. You can also search by order status: pending, in process, canceled, shipped, etc. You can also manually place an order here as well. Click on an order ID number to view that order’s details and edit it.

Basic information at the top
When you click on an order, you will see this information at the top of the page. This information will be constant while your in the order details.
Order Number
Order Status
Buyer’s Name
Buyer’s Email
Delta: funds that may need to be adjusted (this is rare and will be taken care of by the staff at ShopOnMain).
Tabs in the order
Main: View and update order status, shipping name, and shipping address.
Cart: View and update items in the cart.
Txns (Transactions): view the transaction details such as payment method used, amount charged, date and time. You can also process refunds here.
Shipments: view the shipment details such as how, when, and where the package was sent, tracking details, and package dimensions.
Notes: view and add notes for the order and/or the customer.
Select the ID for the order you wish to cancel and/or refund
In the Main Tab
Change the Status to cancelled
From the drop down menu, select Cancelled and then click on Update Status.
Go into the Cart
Click on the minuscule icon to initiate refund
Do this for each item in the cart that needs to be refunded. If you’re cancelling an order, every item will need to be refunded.
After clicking on the minuscule icon, if the removal was successful, a line will be drawn through the item.
Click on Txns (Transactions) tab
Select Refund
You’ll notice the amount in the box to the right of the transaction will now have a negative symbol, “-“. Click on the Refund button to process the refund and finalize the cancellation.
A successful refund will look like this. You will see the initial charge at the bottom, with the refund just above. The red number in parenthesis indicates a refund. You can also see what kind of charge it is on the left under Type.

Main Dashboard and Logging Out
After logging in to your ShopOnMain Merchant account, you will come to your main page. This is called the Dashboard. At any time in your account, you can return to this page by clicking on DASHBOARD from the menu on the left.
You can also log out of your account at any time by clicking on LOGOUT from the menu to the left.
Shop
Clicking on SHOP from the menu on the left will take you to all the information for your store. Here you can edit your shop’s information such as:
Home: store name, email, and phone; ship time and policy; return policy; store tagline, description, and hours of operation.
Address: store’s physical location.
Categories: different possible categories for you store.
Images & Video: the image or video for your storefront window.
Catalog
Clicking on CATALOG will take you to the list of products you have entered for your store. Here you can:
Search for a specific product or type of product.
By selecing the product name you can go in to edit that product.
Clicking Add a product you will start the Product Wizard that walks you through adding a new product to your listing.
Product Editing
If you clicked on the product name from catalog, you will be taken to the details for that product. These are the 5 tabs available to edit:
Main: visibility (view-able to the public or not), product name and description, pricing details, and product codes.
Categories: different categories the product can be found in.
Tags: key descriptive words to describe the product that will show up in search results.
Images / Video: pictures and/or videos for the product.
Spec: specifications of the product, if any (height, weight, color, etc.).
Orders
Clicking on ORDERS from the menu on the left will take you to the list of orders that have been placed to your shop. Here you can update a current order, or add a new order. You can view each order by clicking on the ID. This is where you will see the order details such as: what was ordered, ship-to and bill-to information, transactions details (credit card used and amount charged), status of the order (pending, shipped, held, canceled, etc.), any notes left for the order.

Here in MY ACCOUNT you can update your personal information and your account password.
